13:00–13:30 Arrive in Sapa. Your local guide picks you up and transfers you to a restaurant for lunch. Check in to your hotel and rest.
Afternoon Visit Fansipan — the Roof of Indochina — by cable car and take in panoramic views over the mountains.
17:30 Return to your hotel in Sapa town centre.
19:00 Dinner with your guide, then free time to explore Sapa's vibrant night market and street life.

08:00–08:30 Guide and car pick you up at the hotel. Drive toward Lao Chai village, stopping at scenic viewpoints over the Muong Hoa Valley.
09:00 Arrive at Lao Chai Village. Walk 1.6 km through terraced rice fields and past a mountain stream at the foot of the Hoang Lien Son range.
09:30–10:00 Visit a traditional Black H'mong house to learn about local customs and daily life.
10:00–10:45 Try on traditional H'mong clothing and join hands-on activities: grinding corn with stone mills, natural dyeing, and traditional beeswax painting.
10:45–11:30 Trek 2 km to Ta Van Village, home of the Giay people, to explore their distinct culture and traditions.
11:30–13:30 Prepare and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant; free time to relax.
13:30–14:00 Walk to La Dao Spa, passing traditional Giay architecture along the way.

Pass through a Red Dao village where traditional culture remains well preserved. Visit a local house, learn about daily life, and make your own handmade bracelet as a souvenir.
11:30–13:30 Enjoy a lunch of Northwest mountain specialties prepared by the Red Dao people; relax after the meal.
13:30–14:30 Trek 1.5 km to the ancient Cloud Bridge — a famous old suspension bridge amid majestic scenery, perfect for photos.
14:30 Transfer back to Sapa town centre. Free time to explore.
