- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

- Arrival time in Hanoi: 2:30 – 3:00 pm

- Child under 4 years sharing fully paid cabin with parents: No additional charge, limited to one child per cabin.
- Child from 4 to 11 sharing fully paid cabin with parents: Charge 75%, limited to one child per cabin
- Child from 12 and above are charged as adult
- Shuttle bus : $30/person/round trip, pick up and drop off from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter only by luxury limousine car
- Peak season surcharge: $35/person on 24 and 31 December, $25/person on 30 th April, 1st May, 2nd Sep, New Year Eve and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30/01/2025)

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
