Booking Policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email.
Cruising Policy
- Check in on board: 12:00 PM
- Check out: 12:30 AM
- Return Hanoi: 3:30 PM
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4 – 7 will pay an extra 50% of adult rate.
- Children from 8 – 11 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
- Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $30 per adult and $15 per child per night applies for travel date on 24th December, 31st December, Lunar New Year (28 – 29/01/2025), and Independence Day (1, 2, 3 September 2025).
- On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (for 3 days/2 nights itinerary)
- Wifi is available on board but it is unstable sometime due to weak signal points across the mountainous bay.

Price Inclusions
- Entrance fees, taxes, and service charge;
