Booking Policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email.
Cruising Policy
- Check in on board: 12:00 PM
- Check out: 11:30 AM
- Return Hanoi: 3:00 – 3:15 PM
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4 – 7 will pay an extra 50% of adult rate.
- Children from 8 – 11 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
- Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $30/adult and $15/child for bookings on Christmas 24/12/2024, New Year 31/12/2024, Lunar New Year (28 – 29/01/2025), and Independence Day (1-2-3/9/2025).
- On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (for 3 days/2 nights itinerary)

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
