DAY 1: HA NOI – MAI CHAU - BIKING TO THE VILLAGES ( - / L/ D)

07h15 – 7h45: The van and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter (If the hotel you are staying at is located on a restricted traffic street, we will guide you to the nearest pickup point) or at the Hanoi Opera House to depart for Mai Châu.
10h45: Visit White Stone Pass – Admiring the vast beauty of nature, taking photos with the pristine backdrop of snow-covered cliffs, winding mountain roads, and small distant villages. At the top of this mountain pass, there is a small market where the Thai and Muong ethnic people sell local specialties to visitors: grilled corn, grilled eggs, skewered meat, bamboo rice, wild vegetables, and more.

11h10: The group continues to travel to Lac village – a village inhabited by the Thai ethnic group.
12h00: Arrive at Lac Village. Enjoy lunch at the restaurant.
13h00: With the guide’s assistance, guests will visit Lac, Na Phon, and Nhot villages by bike, exploring the small wooden stilt houses of the Thai people to learn about their unique culture. They will learn how to weave traditional Thai textiles, take photos, and participate in activities with the Thai people, such as weaving, performing traditional dances, or listening to the drum beats of the moon worship ritual.
15h00: Return to Lac Village to check in. Then you have free time to relax, go fishing by the stream next to the homestay, or explore the beauty of the Thai ethnic people in Lac village by yourself.

18h30: Guests will have dinner at the homestay. Afterward, gather around the fire to grill corn or sweet potatoes, foot soak to relax after a long day of travel, and enjoy a peaceful sleep.

DAY 2: MAI CHAU – MO AM HOT SPRING – TAT NANG WATERFALL – BOATING ON HOA BINH LAKE – VAN HO (B/ L/ D)

7h00 – 7h45: Guests have breakfast at the homestay. After that, check-out procedures will be conducted.
7h45: Guests board the vehicle to travel to Mo Am Hot Springs – This is a natural hot spring flowing from the mountain, with a temperature of about 35-40°C, developed for tourism by the local cooperative.

8h45: Upon arriving at Mo Am Hot Springs, guests can soak in the mineral-rich waters, which are very beneficial for treating various skin diseases, rheumatism, nerve issues, and cardiovascular problems. It also helps reduce fatigue, stress, and makes it easier to fall asleep.
10h15: Guests will move to Tat Nang Waterfall – just a 5-minute drive from the hot springs. The majestic waterfall amidst unspoiled nature offers an exciting experience for visitors.
11:00 AM: The vehicle and guide will take the group to Hoa Binh Lake – where the Muong ethnic community is.

12h00: Guests enjoy lunch at the restaurant beside Hoa Binh Lake.

13h00: Guests will take part in a boat tour on Hoa Binh Lake. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Hoa Binh Lake, which is as beautiful as HaLong Bay in the Northwest. Between the small islands, guests will have the opportunity to sail on the lake and immerse themselves in the serene atmosphere.
14h15: The car and guide will take you to Van Ho. After checking in, guests can relax. In the afternoon, guests are free to explore the charming small village of the H’Mong people to learn about their lifestyle.

18h30: Guests have dinner at the homestay. Afterward, gather around the fire, roasting corn and sweet potatoes, soaking your feet to relieve fatigue after a long day of travel, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

DAY 3: VAN HO - MOC CHAU – NANG TIEN WATERFALL – HA NOI (B, L, -)

07h00: Guests have breakfast at the homestay. Then check-out the homestay.
08h00: Guests board the vehicle to travel to Moc Chau. Visit and take photos at the seasonal fruit/ flower garden.

09h30: The group will continue traveling to Nang Tien Waterfall. The waterfall is likened to the “fairy” due to its picturesque beauty, with emerald green waters reflecting the sun’s rays, creating a magical atmosphere.
11h15: Guests board the vehicle to transfer to the restaurant for lunch.
12h15: Guests enjoy lunch and relax at the restaurant.
14h00: The vehicle and tour guide take guests back to Hanoi. On the way back, guests will stop to rest.
18h30 – 19h00: The group arrives in Hanoi. End of the program. We look forward to seeing you again soon..

● Drinking water according to the program: 01 bottle of 500ml per day per guest.

CHILDREN’S TOUR PRICE (based on year of birth):

● Children from 01 to 04 years old: Free (parents cover all expenses for the child, no seat on the vehicle). 02 adults are allowed to bring only 01 children for free, for the second child, 75% of the adult tour price applies (same standard as a paying child).
● From 05 to 08 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (separate meal, separate seat on the vehicle. If the child is tall and heavy, and needs a separate bed, the adult price will apply).
● Children from 09 years old and above are considered as adults and enjoy the same services as adults.
Note: If 01 adult stays in a single room or 1 adult accompanies 01 child aged 1 – 4 years old and wishes to stay in a private room, there is a surcharge of 900,000 VND per tour. If 01 adult accompanies 01 child aged 5 – 8 years old and wishes to stay in a private room, the child price will be charged as for an adult.

TOUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

● Changing the departure date at least 15 days before the departure: No penalty (only allowed to change the date once, from the second change, a 30% fee applies).
● Canceling the tour after registration up to 45 days before departure: Free cancellation.
● Within 30-44 days from the departure date: 30% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
● Within 15-29 days from the departure date: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
● Within 6-14 days from the departure date: 70% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
● Within 5 days from the departure date or failure to show up on the departure date: 100% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

GENERAL REGULATIONS:
● Guests aged 70 or above, or pregnant women, must be accompanied by a companion and sign a health assurance agreement before joining the tour.
● If the tour is canceled due to issues at the airport related to personal identification/documents, our company is not responsible for such matters. No refund will be provided for the program costs in this case.
● If the tour operator fails to organize the trip on time due to force majeure factors such as: disease outbreaks, natural disasters, storms, wars, etc., the operator will arrange a new departure date or refund 100% of the tour costs, provided any additional costs are mutually agreed upon. (In case of rain and the
tour still operates as scheduled, it is not considered force majeure).
● Guests must bring valid identification (ID card or passport) to complete the check-in process.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

● The tour itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, season, and other external factors beyond the control of the organizing unit. However, we will make every effort to ensure the best possible schedule.
● The tour to the Nang Tien waterfall requires a motorcycle ride of about 5 minutes and a 15-minute walk to reach the highest level of the waterfall. The terrain may be slippery if it rains, and there are some sections that require climbing stairs. Please ensure to wear low shoes or sandals and take necessary
precautions for safety.
● Guests should bring insect repellent, common cold and fever medicine, or any prescribed medications as instructed by their doctor.
● No refund will be provided for any unused services during the tour.
● As this is a mountain tour, we usually use smaller vehicles for safety reasons, so guests are advised not to bring bulky or oversized luggage and to pack light. A backpack is recommended over large suitcases.
● As the tour is a shared group tour, guests are asked to arrive at the departure time to avoid affecting the other members of the group. If guests arrive late, the maximum waiting time for the vehicle is 10 minutes, after which guests who are absent will be considered as canceling the tour.
● For mountain tourism routes, we classify hotels based on a relative standard for service classification.
This classification primarily depends on the hotel room rental price and room quality, compared with other hotels in the same area, rather than the star rating given by the tourism authority.
● Due to the room design mostly using wood materials, the soundproofing may not be very good.
