Your private guide meets you at 9:00 AM. Leave the main roads behind and head to the quiet corners of the island.

• The Fisherman's Challenge: Board a rustic wooden fishing vessel and master the handline; forage sea urchins and snails from the rocky reefs.
• Ocean-to-Table Sashimi: Prepare and taste "Islander Sashimi" from your own catch on the deck.
• Reef Snorkeling: Explore vibrant coral gardens in secret spots known only to locals.

At 9:00 AM, transfer to Bai Vong Pier for the Phu Quoc–Rach Gia speedboat at 10:10 AM. Arrive in Rach Gia at around 12:30 PM; another driver transfers you to Can Tho.

Lunch on the way (own expense). At around 3:30 PM, check into a 4-star hotel in Can Tho city centre — a 2-minute walk from Ninh Kieu Wharf, the walking bridge, the night market, and the old market.

The afternoon and evening are yours: stroll the waterfront, explore local markets, or board a river cruise boat for dinner and views of the Mekong River.

Pick-up at 5:30 AM for an early morning Mekong experience:

• Cai Rang Floating Market at sunrise — a magical scene.
• Floating breakfast on the boat — noodle soup and local coffee.
• Visit a noodle & rice paper home with hands-on activities.
• Cruise through quiet small canals lined with palms.
• Cacao Delights: Cacao plantation visit, handmade chocolate, bean-to-bar story.
• Cycling Through Paradise: Scenic bike ride through villages and fruit gardens.
• Ancient Wonders: The revered Gian Gua tree.
• Lunch amid a flourishing fruit garden.

Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Drop off at your hotel.
